OQEMA Group takes a stake in CB Chemie Group
(PresseBox) - The OQEMA Group now has a majority share in Austria-based CB Chemie GmbH, which was founded in 2016 by Dr Christian Braunshier. The company has achieved excellent business development in recent years by constantly expanding its customer base and product portfolio.
With over 13 years of experience in the chemical distribution industry, Dr Christian Braunshier founded the company with a focus on specialities in the construction, paints and coatings industry, with the subsidiary CB Nutrition GmbH specialising in natural ingredients for the food industry. This product scope is the perfect complement to OQEMA and will drive synergies in food and life sciences, especially in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.
Dr Christian Braunshier, CEO of CB Chemie GmbH, who has successfully managed CB Chemie GmbH for the last four years, will continue to lead the company as a shareholder and managing partner in the future. He said: ?I am very excited to be part of OQEMA?s international network. This will provide us with a very strong product range and will help leverage our growth path over the next few years.?
