From now on Interact d.o.o. serves its customers under the name OQEMA BH in Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia
(PresseBox) - The Visoko-based chemical trading company Interact d.o.o. has now been officially renamed OQEMA BH. The name change is part of the full integration process into the OQEMA Group which acquired the company in 2018. The OQEMA Group, founded in 1922, is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year. Founded as a small family-owned chemical manufacturer, OQEMA is now one of the top-10 chemical distributors in Europe.
OQEMA BH, formerly known as Interact d.o.o., was established in 2010 and has become a leading domestic distributor of chemicals, food additives and special products. Since its founding day, the company has been following market trends and prioritises the special needs and requirements of its customers. The well-maintained 4,000 m2 site, including an office building and a warehouse, is conveniently located on the Sarajevo-Visoko highway. From there, 25 employees move 7,000 tons annually for around 460 customers from Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia. Furthermore, OQEMA BH also has good connections to suppliers from Turkey.
