KanzleiBLICK: signotec solutions in tax consultant offices
(PresseBox) - Insight-View-Outlook: This is the motto of KanzleiBLICK GmbH, which helps tax consultants to be more efficient in their daily work. Since February 2019, the young company has been recommending its customers the integration of signotec''s electronic signature solutions into the DATEV environment - with resounding success. Within six months, numerous tax consultant offices have already opted for the signature pads and software.
Digitalization is also gaining in importance in tax firms - but many tax consultants fail to implement it. KanzleiBLICK GmbH has therefore specialised in advising tax consultant offices on digitisation, data protection, processes and workplace optimisation within the DATEV environment. The legally compliant, advanced electronic signature with signotec solutions makes a decisive contribution here. In addition to specially produced signature pads Made in Germany, signotec also offers a variety of software solutions for mobile and stationary use.
Many tax consultant offices from the clientele of KanzleiBLICK GmbH also use signotec''s pads and software - and the number is growing all the time. Following the initial presentation of the solutions in February 2019, numerous tax consultant companies are already relying on the advanced electronic signature within six months.
Integration is very simple. All documents to be signed, such as tax consultant contracts, order conditions or approval documents, are generated from Office or DATEV applications, converted into a PDF and then signed in the signoSign/2 software on the signature pad. The generated signature is legally compliant and complies with the ISO standards and eIDAS specifications for advanced electronic signatures. A special highlight: The stamp required for balance reports can also be inserted as an image using the signoSign/2 software.
Signing with the help of the signoSign/Universal software, regardless of location, is also becoming increasingly popular. The tax consultant signs the PDF document in signoSign/2, uploads it to the web-based signature application SignoSign/Universal and transmits it to his client in the form of a link using the "Share" function. If the client clicks on the link, the document to be signed opens in the browser in signoSign/Universal. The client now has the option of signing and saving the document via his own signature pad, mobile device or Tablet PC.
In the area of signature pads, KanzleiBLICK GmbH recommends the pads signotec Sigma, Gamma and Delta. The smaller signotec Sigma and Gamma pads are often used in meeting rooms if a document is signed after a meeting and is already viewed on the beamer or screen in advance. The larger signotec Delta, on which documents can be displayed in their original page width (A4), is used in the reception area.
