Real all-round talent: signotec Delta integrated into workflow software MODWORK
That the signature pad signotec Delta can be used in a variety of ways has been proven many times. TBZ-PARIV GmbH has now fully integrated the signature pad into its MODWORK workflow software with the help of the signoPAD API/Web.
(PresseBox) - TBZ-PARIV GmbH is a German software and system house based in Chemnitz. TBZ-PARIV develops and operates MODWORK, a workflow software that simplifies the management of analogue as well as digital documents for energy service providers.
A solution was to be found for this software in order to be able to view and sign any PDF documents with as little configuration effort as possible. For the realisation of this project, the TBZ decided on the signature pad signotec Delta as well as the interface solution signoPAD-API/Web in order to achieve a seamless integration into MODWORK.
One of MODWORK s software modules is the online form, in which contract documents can be generated in real time. By using the signotec Delta, the consultants are able to display the documents immediately and completely to the end customer in the customer centre. While the customers sign on the pad, the employees follow the signature process in real time on the monitor. During the signature process, the view in MODWORK is synchronised with the view on the signature pad - a special advantage of the Delta. "Another welcome bonus is that you can easily display advertising in the form of a slideshow for your own products on the pad s display when the device is not actively in use.", says Marco Preißler, frontend developer at TBZ-PARIV GmbH.
One of the reasons TBZ-PARIV decided on the signotec Delta was the approx. 10" large display, on which documents can be made available to end customers in full width and in a clearly legible manner. In addition, the numerous different interfaces, such as USB or Ethernet, offer the necessary flexibility for integration into one s own infrastructure. "Thanks to the well-documented API, the two products from TBZ-PARIV and signotec can be optimally combined.", says Marco Preißler.
Customers also benefit from being able to read and sign documents without long waiting times. Previously, these were first printed, then signed and then scanned in again. A process that not only cost resources but also time. This time-effective and environmentally conscious solution creates a win-win situation for both sides - company and clientele.
