Hyperspace presents approved solution at IT-Trans Conference&Exhibition in Karlsruhe
(PresseBox) - hyperspace will be presenting the "hyperspace Dimensions" software at the IT-Trans in Karlsruhe from 10-12 May 2022: A fail-safe system for the creation, versioning, release and distribution of documents in the cloud. At stand Z18 in the dm-Arena, Hyperspace will present the approved solution for making important documents available to specific user groups at any time and anywhere.
The fail-safe document management system developed by hyperspace has been in use at Hamburger Hochbahn since 2019 and is used by more than 1,000 employees every day.
The cloud-based standard software has numerous features that are particularly important for public transport companies:
Web portal for use via smartphone, tablet and PC
Validity and visibility of documents are differentiated and can be controlled in advance on an hourly basis.
Import and merging of PDF documents, even with hundreds of pages

Simple integration through Single Sign On via SAML 2.0 and user synchronisation via MS AD
Access control through distribution lists, roles and authorisation groups
Fail-safe thanks to hot standby read-only-system with automatic switchover in the event of system failures and maintenance work
Automatically generated offline version for local display in the browser
Optional protection of the life system against cyber attacks through Link11 infrastructure
