Demian Köster joins Valetis as a partner
Valetis strengthened its team with Demian Köster as a new partner, thus setting a clear signal for future growth
(PresseBox) - Valetis, the German advisory firm, strengthens its team with the appointment of Demian Köster as a partner. He will in particular accompany, strengthen and expand the further development of activities in M&A consulting as well as transaction advisory services with a focus on medium-sized businesses and financial investors with a medium-sized business orientation. The 43-year-old business advisor has many years of specialist expertise from over 150 transactions from both a consultant and a company perspective.
After completing his business studies in Münster and Manchester in 2005, Demian Köster spent 11 years in transaction advisory in Germany with the advisory firms KPMG, Accuracy and EY. In 2016, he joined the Corporate M&A department of the food wholesale group METRO AG and led the German M&A function until 2020.
In the past two years Demian Köster worked as a director for US based advisory firm Duff & Phelps and lead M&A and due diligence projects in Germany.
