Wunderlich expands its range of toolboxes with another variant for the BMW R 1200/1250 GS and Adventure
(PresseBox) - Good news for all those who ride their BMW R 1200/1250 GS or Adventure without a pannier rack to emphasise the sporty character of the Enduro. Until now, the pannier rack was indispensable for mounting the Wunderlich Toolbox. But now the BMW experts at Wunderlich have developed a toolbox that is attached with its own, inconspicuous mounting kit, which is included in the scope of delivery, and does not require the pannier rack. Thus the new toolbox, integrated in a space-saving way, fits in wonderfully discreetly to the left of the rear wheel and makes use of the niche.
Incidentally, everything that applies to the other toolboxes from Wunderlich also applies to this one: this custom-made toolbox is extremely robust, lightweight and waterproof. It offers easily accessible, additional storage space for tools and all kinds of helpful little things that you like to have with you on the road. It can be opened and closed from the rear for easy access at all times. The cover of the box, which is made of high-quality plastic, is secured against loss.
Ingenious and extremely practical: the keyed alike version
Wunderlich offers the toolbox in two locking variants: it is available either with a special lock, whose locking mechanism can be individually coded to the key of the respective BMW R 1200/1250 GS or Adventure, or with a conventional lock. The lock, which locks the same way after coding, proves to be extremely practical, as it saves the additional key that would otherwise be necessary. The customer can choose which is the prefered lock version. Both versions are splash-proof.
Matching: The Cordura? inner bag
To match the toolbox, Wunderlich offers a practical, high-quality inner bag made of robust Cordura?, which can be filled by the customer himself (41602-002) or equipped with a motorcycle-specific breakdown kit (41602- 102).
