Progressing Cavity Pumps for Low NPSH Applications
Webinar by NETZSCH Pumps&Systems
(PresseBox) - On Wednesday, June 23, 2021, Star Pump Alliance will host a webinar with NETZSCH at 09:00 and 17:00 (CET) on the advantages of progressing cavity pumps in low NPSH applications. In this webinar, Ulrich Eibl will show you the added value this pump technology offers compared to other systems.
Ulrich Eibl is global business unit manager for oil and gas mid/downstream at NETZSCH Pumps & Systems. In this webinar, in conversation with Marius Schaub, presenter at Star Pump Alliance, he highlights the general design of progressing cavity pumps and shows where these pumps are successfully used in applications with low NPSHa. Especially where pumping is required with poor inlet conditions or where, for example, liquids are pumped close to vapor pressure, the PCP often shows superior performance.
