Industry solution for Life Science
(PresseBox) - With the new HYDRA solution for Life Science, MPDV helps regulated manufacturing companies to produce more efficiently while complying with all regulatory requirements.
HYDRA for Life Science is based on MPDV''s Manufacturing Execution System (MES) HYDRA, which is used worldwide and across all industries. It offers many functions and applications that a regulated manufacturing company requires. This includes software support for the CAPA process (Corrective And Preventive Actions) and for training management for employees working close to production. HYDRA for Life Science also supports the risk management with an FMEA module integrated into our global CAQ solution. The electronic Device History Record (eDHR) ensures a GMP-compliant manufacturing documentation.
HYDRA for Life Science can be regarded as standard software, which facilitates the typical procedure for verification as a GxP computer-aided system. It is also beneficial that MPDV operates a quality management system (QMS) which is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.
The new industry solution will be officially presented at the T4M, the new trade fair for medical technology in Stuttgart, at the beginning of May 2019.
