Keros Digital enters the Beauty World with the Lumene E-Shop
(PresseBox) - The new Lumene website is live. The e-commerce project undertaken by the Finnish natural skincare company with Keros Digital is completed with the launch of a functional and flexible digital platform.
Lumene is a Finnish manufacturer of beauty products which allow users to experience the purity of Nordic resources in line with new consumer trends in cosmetics. With the support of Keros Digital, the firm developed an online B2C strategy and examined the impact of the changes on its organisation. Keros Digital supplied Lumene with its proprietary K-OMS technology for back end management, enabling the firm to better handle both national and international markets and omnichannel growth.
Furthermore, Keros Digital also made available its own expertise in fiscal and legal matters for managing orders from different countries, and helped the brand to optimise processes and streamline its organisation. Keros Digital technology enabled Lumene to build a single integrated e-commerce solution: it is now easier to manage the product catalogue, VAT and invoicing in different countries, stock and warehousing and deal with orders and returns in every market in which Lumene operates. This makes deliveries more efficient and reduces shipping costs.
What?s more, one of Lumene?s core objectives was to synergise the potential of its front end and of the Keros Order Management System, so as to create new functionality and improve customer experience. To this end, Keros Digital worked with Lyons Consulting Group, a world leader in the integration of IT systems.
