Hydromechanical spring tension nut type HSM-VA in stainless steel for clamping cutter knives
(PresseBox) - When tensioning rotary blades in meat cutters, simple operation is just as important as maximum operational safety. The HSM-VA hydromechanical spring tensioning nuts from JAKOB Antriebstechnik are precisely suited to this need. The tensioning force of the clamping nut is thereby produced by a disk spring paket which is hydraulically pretensioned during the clamping and releasing process. This innovative design ensures absolute leakage safety as well as a minimum clamping force over a large clamping stroke range. The large temperature fluctuations or settlements on the knife shaft, which are not uncommon for the food sector (i.e. cooker), can thus be easily compensated.
