BRAX fashion label: IT modernisation with retail software from Futura
(PresseBox) - Herford-based Leineweber GmbH & Co. KG, known as the BRAX brand, is modernising its IT processes using software from Hamburg-based Futura Retail Solutions AG. The new trading software will be installed as early as July 2018.
BRAX''s casual lifestyle fashion, which is successful in the wholesale and retail segments, boasts 94 stores worldwide and operates 17 factory outlets as well as around 1800 shop-in-shops. In order to offer its customers optimum product availability across all channels, the fashion label will soon be managing its branches, outlets and sales areas using the Futura4Retail merchandise management system. In addition to the automated processes running in the background, the shopping experience in the branch is also being enhanced to meet the latest technological standards.
Digital sales cockpit
Futura''s branch solution and its Futura4POS POS system provide a real-time check-out at the point of sale, while the Futura4SalesAssistant digital sales cockpit extends the counter, assists with in-store customer support and simplifies back-office processes. Opting to work with Futura allows BRAX to transition to consistently modernised retail processes in a relatively short time. Leineweber GmbH & Co. KG has invested in its logistics sector, the 2016 online shop and the expansion of online communication in recent years. BRAX customers can now also use ?instore return?, which enables them to return online orders in the shop.
