Richard Morgan, President, stated today that "the company and TCA Global Master Fund, LP have determined that the restructured plan will better insure the future of the company while protecting its investors and shareholders as management executes its exciting new logistics plan for moving the company forward. We have developed a strategic business model featuring our relationship with H & N Logistics, LLC and Brecht Trucking, LLC; both are Hartung Brothers, Inc. business units. Our operating agreements provide the basis for continued expansion within their logistics freight management system during the remainder of 2015 and through 2016."
