Glenmede Appoints Kent E. Weaver Director of Client Service
Former Glenmede Director of Institutional Client Service Rejoins Firm After 13 Years at Philadelphia International Advisors
(firmenpresse) - PHILADELPHIA, PA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/23/15 -- Glenmede, a privately-held and independent investment and wealth management firm, announced today the appointment of Kent E. Weaver as Director of Client Service for Glenmede Investment Management (GIM), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Glenmede. In this role, Mr. Weaver will act as the primary relationship manager for Glenmede''s institutional clients, consulting on investing, asset allocation and the market environment. In his previous term with Glenmede, Weaver was Director of Institutional Client Service.

Mr. Weaver returns to Glenmede after 13 years as a Partner at Philadelphia International Advisors, LP, where he was Director of Client Service and Sales/Chief Compliance Officer. In this role, Mr. Weaver was responsible for relationship management, core department management, fund administration, compliance and risk management. Prior to his first years at Glenmede, Mr. Weaver was employed as a Senior Vice President at Cutler & Company, LLC.
Mr. Weaver earned a B.A. in Biology from Lehigh University and a M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering and M.S. in Industrial Administration (MBA) from Carnegie Mellon University. Mr. Weaver is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the National Society of Compliance Professionals and the Philadelphia Compliance Professionals Roundtable.
