(PresseBox) - maxcrc GmbH is pleased to announce the release of Userbooster Light v.5.0. The new version comes with many new features and improvements that are aimed at making LDAP administration secure, effective and simple.
Version 5.0 of Userbooster Light has just been released and available for immediate download at http://userbooster.de/en/download/userbooster-light.aspx.
The supported STARTTLS, SSL and Kerberos guaranty that your data travelling between your server and Userbooster remains private and protected from eavesdropping.
The fully revamped report functionality allows you to email an HTML report secured with SSL/TLS to particular recipients or schedule this as a task. And that with a couple of mouse clicks; you can also export LDAP entries in different formats (LDIF, CSV, XML, XLS) to a file on schedule, using this as data feed in your business workflows.
The password of user accounts for directories other than Active Directory can now be set with different hash methods like SHA or MD5 so you can save time and avoid using external encryption tools.
