Westshore Capital's Addition of Michael J. Sullivan Signals New Growth

Sullivan as vice president. In his new position, Mr. Sullivan will be involved in every step of the deal process -- from identifying acquisitions and investments to managing capital markets activities -- simultaneously working to grow the firm''s portfolio companies'' value.

Mr. Sullivan brings many years'' experience with small- and middle-market debt and equity transactions to the firm. Prior to joining Westshore Capital, he worked as an investment banker at Cross Keys Capital. Previously, he was a member of the corporate development and mergers/acquisitions group at Rockwell Collins, an Aerospace & Defense company headquartered in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. His diverse industry knowledge extends to businesses involved in manufacturing, healthcare, software, entertainment, consumer and industrial products, and aerospace and defense.
Mr. Sullivan earned both his Master of Business Administration and his Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from the University of Iowa.
