Novotus Adds Key Positions to Recruitment Process Outsourcing Organization
(firmenpresse) - AUSTIN, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 08/08/12 -- , the leading Texas-based (RPO) company, announced today the addition of two key positions to the leadership team. Ron Bowker joins the organization as Controller and Tera Highbarger as Director of Program Management.
In his new role as Controller, Bowker will provide critical financial and strategic support as Novotus continues to experience high growth and expansion across its organization. As Director of Program Management, Highbarger will be working with multiple teams to enhance the way Novotus manages and grows its clients, programs, projects and people.
Bowker joins the Novotus team from a human capital research firm as Director of Administration and Operations and Controller where he successfully developed and implemented strategic operational plans and financial management systems for the organization. Prior to that role, Bowker gave 12 years of distinguished service to the U.S. Navy, serving in both strategic and operational leadership roles. With his broad experience and expertise, Bowker will be a key addition to the Novotus financial team.
Highbarger joins the Novotus team as a Senior Manager from Accenture where she managed several project teams and built a strong track record of large, enterprise program and project management experiences. Her depth of training and hands-on work experience in these areas make her an invaluable addition to the Novotus delivery management team.
