Research in Action publishes Vendor Selection MatrixTM 2026
(PresseBox) - In this year s Vendor Selection MatrixTM (VSM), Amberlo from stp.one took first place in the overall evaluation in the Law Firm Management SaaS Solutions category. The evaluation is based on an analysis of the law firm management market in DACH, France, Spain, Benelux and the Nordics.
Research in Action surveys more than 10,000 IT and business decision-makers each year to gain insights into their strategies, investments and current challenges of technological innovation in IT. For the VSM 2026 for SaaS Law Firm Management, 1,000 lawyers and partners in Central European law firms were surveyed on 15 Law Firm Management SaaS Solutions. stp.one with Amberlo and Wolters Kluwer with Kleos jointly took first place in the study, receiving the highest ratings from both customers and analysts. The provider overview resulting from the market analysis is considered a recognized guideline for lawyers who are looking for a suitable law firm management solution.

Criteria for assessing the performance of Law Firm solutions include information on innovation, market share, growth plans, value for money and customer satisfaction.
