Update for ACCON AGLink??Support for TIA Portal Version 20
Fast and flexible solution for PC-PLC communication
(PresseBox) - DELTA LOGIC has released the update to version 6.1.0.0 for the powerful library for PC-PLC communication ACCON AGLink. It includes the symbol import of TIA Portal V20 projects, support for the latest firmware for Siemens S7-1500 CPUs and a new API for S7-1500 alarms.
Users thus benefit from new alarm functions for the Siemens S7-1500 controller series: The update of the communication library makes it possible to generate complete alarm texts without having to load the respective project or the associated symbols.
Further new features of ACCON AGLink 6.1.0.0:
Symbol import of TIA Portal V20 projects, online symbol import of PLCs that were configured with TIA Portal V20
Support for S7-1500 CPUs with firmware FW 4.0 and SIMATIC S7-PLCSIM Advanced V5, V6 and V7, OpenController 1507S with FW 30.1
Step7 classic symbol import supports S7-300 CPUs with FW 3.2.18
New API for querying the data block attributes ??Optimized block access?" and ??DB accessible from OPC UA?"
New alarm functions for S7-1500: Query the complete alarm texts without loading the project.
ACCON AGLink ensures fast and secure data exchange between PCs or servers and PLCs, completely independent of operating systems and programming languages. The powerful communication library from DELTA LOGIC offers support for controllers of the S7-200/300/400, S7-1200 and S7-1500 series, including access to the optimized data blocks. The scope of services also includes support for SINUMERIK 840D sl, 840D pl and 810D pl. The controllers can be addressed directly via ACCON AGLink, without changing the CNC software or a separate Siemens license. From version 6.0, SINUMERIK ONE and Create MyVirtual Machine are also supported, as well as Raspberry Pi and the SIEMENS encryption protocol Secure Communication (TLS 1.3) for maximum data security.
ACCON AGLink is available both as a single license and as a developer license. Developer licenses are offered in modules for various operating systems. Single licenses are currently only available for Windows. Users can choose between the different module bundles Classic, TIA and Pro. The single license Pro contains all modules, including the SINUMERIK AddOn.
Maintenance contract now also for single licenses
With the new version 6.1.0.0, DELTA LOGIC now also offers a maintenance contract with Software Update Service (SUS) for individual licenses - an interesting option with many advantages for existing customers too. During the term of the contract, licensees receive all ACCON AGLink updates by e-mail and are always kept up to date, even with firmware changes or new CPU types.
