(PresseBox) - Every year, the German Design Council presents the German Design Award to products that set benchmarks in terms of innovation and design. When the latest prizes are awarded in February 2025, the precision double-tube linear units will also be among them - the expert jury selected the kinematic functional units from a large number of submissions and awarded them the ??Excellent Product Design?" seal of approval in the Industry category.

In fact, the PD1E - PD3DK precision double tube linear units can be individually configured and equipped with different drives. The product range includes numerous variants of guideways, strokes, spindle types, slide sizes and materials. The slide is moved by trapezoidal, fine thread or ball screw, left or right ascending. Plain or roller bearings with ball bushing guidance ensure maximum precision of the repeatable adjustment and positioning units. And: all newly developed versions are not only
low-maintenance, but also compatible with the predecessor units.
The German Design Award is one of the most relevant design awards in the world and is presented annually by the German Design Council.
An international jury of experts is entrusted with evaluating the products and services submitted in a wide range of categories and areas. In the ??Industry?" category, the degree of innovation and the impact on industrial proces- ses are considered, among other things.
