DocSecBox - LANTECH solution for secure transfer of documents
(PresseBox) - For the transfer of sensitive personal data confidential and secure communication channels are required by the General Data Protection Regulation. With "Document Secure Box" LANTECH offers a software solution with extremely high safety standards.
The uploaded files are securely stored in the database using cascaded AES encryption, available to the recipient anywhere on demand. The recipient can then view, download or print the documents via password-protected access. The corresponding authorization is provided by the licensed operator of the DocSecBox.
The tool is web-based and runs with any new browser on PC, Mac, tablet or smartphone. The user obtains secure access by entering his username and password (two-factor authentication -2FA- optional per user) and can store his documents and files in the database via double cascaded encryption. Even very large files of several GigaBytes can be transferred securely via the DocSecBox.
The possibility to create multiple group administrators and assign special rights to each user is another feature of this tool. In addition, detailed logs of the outgoing e-mail are created. In many cases a proof of creation, viewing and download of the uploaded file formats, which is given with DocSecBox (printable) is very important.
DocSecBox is compliant to the General Data Protection Regulation, it is multilingual and in only a few seconds documents can securely be provided worldwide. Furthermore, DocSecBox is characterized by the fact that it is easy to use (like any web store), it offers REST-API connection and remote control by third-party programs. Last but not least, DocSecBox is extremely cost-effective and is offered as SaaS or on-premise.
