(Native Ads) to provide strategic digital media services.
The Native Ads Inc. campaign includes but is not limited to digital media marketing, data analytics, content development, media buying and distribution, campaign reporting and optimization. The Company has budgeted up to CAD$250,000 for such services over an expected 12-month period, or until the digital media marketing campaign and related media buying concludes.
Native Ads is a full-service advertising agency that owns and operates a proprietary ad exchange with over 80 integrated supply-side platforms resulting in access to three billion to seven billion daily North American ad impressions. Neither Native Ads nor any of its directors and officers own any securities of the Company.
The appointment of Native Ads is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.

Ximen Mining Corp. owns 100% interest in three of its precious metal projects located in southern BC. Ximen s two Gold projects, The Amelia Gold Mine and The Brett Epithermal Gold Project. Ximen also owns the Treasure Mountain Silver Project adjacent to the past producing Huldra Silver Mine. Currently, the Treasure Mountain Silver Project is under an option agreement. The option partner is making annual staged cash and stocks payments as well as funding the development of the project. The Company has also acquired control of the Kenville Gold mine near Nelson British Columbia which comes with surface and underground rights, buildings and equipment.
