New high-performance connector for docking applications??DuraDock power
Product launch
(PresseBox) - The new high-performance connector from Stäubli is suitable for numerous industrial applications, for example, in e-mobility and railway testing applications or in machinery where safety and reliability are fundamental. DuraDock power is designed for currents up to 550 A and up to 100,000 mating cycles.
Stäubli Electrical Connectors markets the DuraDock power, a high-performance connector that meets market expectations for high-performance, the highest number of mating cycles, and long-lasting reliability for safe, durable operation. Thus, making it a pioneer in the market. Due to the proven MULTILAM contact technology, which enables high current-carrying capacity with minimal contact resistance, a long service life can be guaranteed.??
DuraDock power is offered in three versions: uninsulated, insulated in robust plastic housing and shielded/insulated in metal housing. In unmated condition, the complete socket and pin parts are longitudinally watertight. By using the plastic housing as an integrated protective measure, installation effort is reduced.?
Numerous possible combinations with other connectors of the multi-pole series DuraDock multi can be used for almost all applications, in four sizes with up to 72 poles.
The advantages of DuraDock power at a glance:
IP2X touch protection on pin and socket side
Pre-assembled solution for quick installation
Panel mounted without special tools
A cable gland for all suitable conductor cross-sections
Easily upgradable to insulated or shielded/insulated version
