caplon? VoIP monitoring solution provides network operators and service providers with an overview of all VoIP communication, with traceable parameters for quality, availability and performance. Dashboards are customizable for management or first and second level support. The monitoring tool records network- and signaling traffic completely passive, so there are no negative repercussions in the infrastructure. All calls are monitored end-to-end across protocol boundaries. This gives access to the entire traffic. In the event of errors and anomalies, alarm rules are used to actively inform the user and a tool-supported, in-depth root cause analysis can then be conducted.
