For international company growth, signotec has always built on a strong partner network with global cooperations. The recently realised project with the Spanish partner Serdacap has once again confirmed the success of this strategy.
(PresseBox) - Together, Serdacap and signotec have equipped the Spanish Ministerio de Justicia in Madrid with a comprehensive e-signature solution. The Ministry of Justice in Spain now has 560 signature pads of the signotec Delta with Power over Ethernet (PoE) connection and Kensington notebook locks in use. In combination with the hardware, the signature software signoSign/2 and the Biometric and RSA Tools were also integrated.
With this all-in-one solution, part of the Ministry''s internal signature processes are all digitalised. This is another big step towards digitalisation with the aim of saving resources such as paper and working time.
Decisive for the Ministry of Justice were the aspects regarding security, connectivity and size requirements of the hardware, which the signotec solution fulfils in its entirety. The signotec Delta is primarily designed for applications in which documents need to be displayed completely. A4 documents are displayed in their original width. The signature performed on the pad is captured with 2,048 pressure levels and a transmission rate of up to 500 Hz, while at the same time the movements of the pen in the air are recorded. The PoE connection, additional tools and the unique and patented security features are advantages to the ministry.
