Eissmann Automotive KTSN GmbH now part of the Eissmann Group
(PresseBox) - Eissmann Group Automotive was able to reach all closing conditions as planned on March, 31st.
The operational takeover took place and the former Minda KTSN Plastic Solutions GmbH & Co. KG is called from now Eissmann Automotive KTSN GmbH. Robert Kozielski, who is already responsible for the plant in Gera, will also take over the management of the plant in Pirna.
In the next few days, Minda KTSN Plastic and Tooling Solutions Sp.z.o.o in Poland will also be renamed to Eissmann Automotive Polska Sp.zo.o. The Management for this plant will be taken over by Jacek Stefa?ski as before.
The goal is to bring these different fields of expertise and technology together to create new solutions. As a company that truly thinks outside the box, Eissmann doesn?t simply follow trends, they also shape them and turn complex challenges into something exciting.
The successful takeover of plastics expert KTSN and additional expertise positions the Eissmann Group as a tech integrator and thus an even more effective partner for customers in the automotive industry.
