(PresseBox) - The FLEXPOINTth an output power of up to five times higher than would be possible in cw operation. However, the laser class specifications can still be maintained for the entire pulse sequence. In addition, the electronics ensure that the individual pulses always remain within the laser protection requirements, even if the input signal fluctuates: Input pulses that are too long can be ?shortened;? however, if the pulse sequences are too fast, the controller will force the necessary pauses.
