Busch Vacuum Solutions awarded as Germany''s top family business 2020 by the German Business Magazine Wirtschaftswoche
(PresseBox) - Busch Vacuum Solutions has been awarded by Wirtschaftswoche as one of Germany''s top family companies 2020. Germany''s leading business magazine presents this award to the 50 most visible, innovative and popular medium-sized companies. These companies with a turnover of 250 million to one billion Euro represent an important cornerstone of the German economy.
For the ranking, the market research institute Innofact surveyed 2,000 decision makers on behalf of Wirtschaftswoche. In two survey steps, they evaluated almost 500 companies regarding trust, quality, innovation, sustainability and the image as a company and employer. The market researchers then put these results into relation to the average development of turnover and employees as well as the patents applied for between 2016 and 2018.
Busch Vacuum Solutions was founded in 1963 by Dr.-Ing. Karl and his wife Ayhan Busch and was further expanded together with the second generation, Ayla, Sami and Kaya Busch. The management of the company is entirely in the hands of the Busch family. Busch is represented worldwide with 3,500 employees in 44 countries and 66 own companies. With the HUCKEPACK, Dr.-Ing. Karl Busch developed the first vacuum pump for food packaging.
