TXT e-solutions selects Daniele Misani as new Chief Executive Officer
(PresseBox) - TXT e-solutions, a specialized provider of advanced software solutions, is pleased to announce that Daniele Misani has been named the company?s Chief Executive Officer and has taken up his new role on July 1. Misani will share powers and responsibilities with Enrico Magni, former CEO and reference shareholder, who will continue as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors. The leadership appointments reflect a generational change from within, in line with TXT?s continued commitment to its core values and its strategic ambition of maintaining and expanding a strong growth momentum in all key markets.

Daniele Misani joined TXT e-solutions as a software engineer in 2001 and has since served in various senior cross-industry management positions, principally in the company?s Aerospace & Aviation division. During his tenure, Misani?s extensive technological background and business development skills enabled him to establish enduring relationships with key customers in Italy and around the world, to forge and sustain high-performance project teams and to push for digital innovation to great success.
