Update on Coronavirus? Tentamus Labs remain open
(PresseBox) - The Tentamus Group is thoroughly monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and taking preventative measures to reduce the risk within our global operations.
We are pleased to announce that all labs within the Tentamus Group remain open at this point in time. Tentamus is viewed by governmental authorities as a vital part of the food and pharmaceutical supply chain and appreciates the responsibility that comes with this. We will therefore do everything in our power to ensure that our customers can rely in our quality and safety services during the difficult times ahead.
We are also taking the following measures to protect the safety of employees and customers alike:
Internal action plans at each site to ensure high levels of hygiene and safety (e.g. working from home, split shift times to reduce the risk of spread, disinfection measures).
Travel restrictions to reduce the spread of COVID-19.
Limited personal contact with customers, suppliers, visitors, and between employees.
Maintaining customer satisfaction during troubled times
The Tentamus Group is carefully monitoring all WHO (World Health Organization) updates regarding COVID-19, in order to adapt to the spread of the virus while maintaining our usual high standards.
We are also keeping our customers regularly informed through our information channels in case any supply chain disruptions may occur. We continue to comply with customer requests in regard to extra precautions.
As the situation unfolds, adjustments will continue to ensure our labs are kept open. We will continue to tweak our protocols and adapt to advice presented by the WHO. The biggest priority of the Tentamus Group is to remain open, in order to avoid cutting out a critical party in the supply chain of foods and pharmaceuticals, both of which are crucial during this global pandemic.
