New Free-Fall Metal Separator: Sesotec presents RAPID PRO-SENSE 6
More value added due to increased up-time with less personnel expenses
(PresseBox) - Sesotec extends its range of free-fall metal separators with the RAPID PRO-SENSE 6. This system is optimised for applications in the plastics industry, especially for granulate and compound producers. Used for quality assurance it, among other things, also is suitable for applications involving abrasive material. The model features a high detection accuracy and thus provides protection against complaints caused by metal particles, and the logbook function allows full traceability. Constant high product quality is thus guaranteed.
Sesotec metal separators for plastic applications every day prove their worth in many business divisions: Incoming goods, production, outgoing goods. RAPID PRO SENSE 6 is characterised by an aperture size ranging from 50 to 250 millimetres that can be individually adapted to customer requirements, and features a wear-resistant design because, for example, it does not contain any product-contacting seals that might come loose.
RAPID PRO-SENSE 6 also contributes to a higher process reliability because it allows tool-free cleaning also in case of complex installation situations. The metal separator therefore is optimally suited for compound producers who need frequent colour changes and/or short cleaning intervals. Another outstanding feature worth mentioning here are the optional washing nozzles that allow water cleaning of the interior. The short cleaning times increase up-time, reduce personnel expenses, increase line availability, and all things considered make the lines more efficient.
RAPID PRO-SENSE 6 furthermore is equipped with an Ethernet interface and thus is "IoT-ready". The metal separator can be easily integrated in the customer''s software world and, for example, coupled with OPC UA to optimise production processes.
