This motto is reflected in the company?s latest developments on the topic of Big Data as well as new components for its reservation system Pacific, and the NDC-compliant SKYfly Suite for airlines. ISO Travel Solutions will be at stand 111 in hall 5.1.
Transparency through Big Data is becoming increasingly important in the tourism industry as well: Holidaymakers want to know what their destination looks like, what additional services are available there and what the booked products and services cost. Despite increasing complexity, bookings and settlements should still be as simple as possible. Travel suppliers likewise want to benefit from Big Data: Which destinations are particularly popular, and which products and services are currently the favorites in which combination? Recognizing travel trends early on ? and marketing them accordingly ? puts you ahead of the game.
ISO Travel Solutions offers a comprehensive range of solutions for this. Various components, such as the modular Internet Booking Engine, Dynamic Packaging 2.0, Dashboards, Loyalty and many more, are grouped around the Pacific reservation system. A special eye-catcher: EngageOne
The Pacific reservation system ? whether used as an integrated solution or as a supplement to existing systems ? ensures a smooth and transparent customer journey. Pacific supports tour operators (incoming, outbound and DMC) as well as providers of air travel, cruises, bus and group travel, theme parks and attractions.
ISO?s SKYfly Suite is based on the IATA standards NDC and ONE Order. This makes the solutions interesting not only to tourist airlines, but also to so-called legacy carriers. The airline retailing platform SKYfly Res (OMS) is complemented by the modular internet booking engine SKYfly Sell and the universal adapter solution SKYfly Broker. The settlement software SKYfly Revenue, which is already used by numerous customers, has been extended by ONE Order. The latest addition is SKYpay ? which revolutionizes payments between agencies and airlines, and within airlines.
