On the 1 of September Peter Rossbach joined Thomas Kopatz to jointly lead the Software Development Department at communicode.

Together with Thomas Kopatz, Peter Rossbach convinced his team of the idea of combining the strengths of both companies and switch to the communicode team.
Conference DevOps Gathering: Well-known director under a new banner
The international developer conference DevOps Gathering highlights the digital spirit of innovation in the Ruhr Area and gives it additional appeal. It was founded by Peter Rossbach in 2017 and has been taking place every spring since then. It serves as an event where the transfer of knowledge on current IT topics and networking takes place between developers and administrators. The first talks of convergence between communicode and Peter Rossbach took place there.
Despite fierce competition, the team led by Peter Rossbach managed to increase the number of visitors by around 100 percent each year. "This is a tremendous achievement for a young team, we at communicode take off our hat off for them. We are proud to continue, develop and expand on those achievements, "says Thomas Kopatz, authorized signatory and Director of Software Development at communicode," the reinforcement by Peter, his employees and the preservation of such an innovative event were only logical for us. The Ruhr Area needs a conference such as DevOps Gathering, as an IT competence center it can only benefit from it. ?
