Disclosure of shareholdings and creation of group
(PresseBox) - Meyer Burger Technology AG (SIX Swiss Exchange: MBTN) has been informed by Sentis Capital PCC ("Sentis") that several shareholders with the participation of Sentis have formed a group under the terms of a shareholders'' agreement to coordinate their interests with respect to their participation in Meyer Burger. According to information provided by Sentis, the shareholder group holds 10.425% of voting rights through shares and derivatives of Meyer Burger.
To date Meyer Burger has not received a formal request from to call an extraordinary shareholders? meeting.
