CEE Group Completes Acquisition of Two Wind Farms From DunoAir
(PresseBox) - CEE Group, the Hamburg-based renewable asset manager and DunoAir, an experienced wind energy project development company based in The Netherlands, announced today that that CEE has expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of two wind farms in Hesse (Hessen) and Rhineland-Palatinate (Rheinland-Pfalz) in Germany from DunoAir. The acquisition increases the rated capacity of its wind portfolio to 370 megawatts (MW).
The wind farm in Kuhbett, Hesse, consists of four Enercon E-115 turbines and has a total capacity of 1218 produced approximately 35 million kWh of clean electricity.

The renewable power production of the two wind farms means that more than 26,000 tons of CO2 emissions can be saved annually. In total, CEE?s renewable assets will generate approximately 1 million megawatt hours (MWh) in 2019 providing some 250,000 four person households with power from renewable sources.

Founded in 2004, DunoAir has become an experienced and established player in the wind energy sector. By creating its own planning department in 2009, it finally developed into a successful full-service business.
