The market research and consulting firm L& Hossenfelder, in cooperation with Arvato Systems and two other partners, has just published the study "Fit for Digital Transformation. Status Quo and Goals for Legacy Modernization and Cloud Migration".
New technologies, new customer requirements, shorter market cycles, data and platform economics as well as the success of purely digital business models show the transience of traditional business models and organizational structures. The new demands faced by businesses are leading to the need for digital transformation - on multiple levels.
Corporate strategies and product development are affected just as much as structural and procedural organisation and the IT landscape.
