First Cobalt Corporate Update

Jeff will be joining EY Canada as Partner and National Mining & Metals Leader. Mr. Swinoga has been invaluable to First Cobalt and will continue to act in an advisory capacity to the Company, however this new role requires his resignation from the Company?s board of directors. The Company thanks him for his invaluable contributions.

An Inferred Mineral Resource has a lower level of confidence than that applying to an Indicated Mineral Resource and must not be converted to a Mineral Reserve. It is reasonably expected that the majority of Inferred Mineral Resources could be upgraded to Indicated Mineral Resources with continued exploration."
