EnWave Announces Grant of Restricted Share Rights
(PresseBox) - EnWave Corporation (TSX-V:ENW | FSE:E4U) (?EnWave?, or the "Company" - http://www.commodity-tv.net/c/search_adv/?v=297852) announced today that the Company has granted a total of 195,000 Restricted Share Rights (?RSRs?) pursuant to the Company?s Restricted Share Rights Plan, of which 130,000 were granted to certain directors and officers of the Company. The RSRs will vest three years from the date of award and are subject to regulatory approval.
