(PresseBox) - GBTEC Software + Consulting AG is mentioned as a Representative Vendor in the current Gartner ?Market Guide for Enterprise Business Process Analysis (EBPA) ?[1]. The Market Guide lists software for the design and analyzing of digitalized business processes. It identifies four common use cases: strategy-to-execution, business process analysis, enterprise architecture and DigitalOps. With its BPM Suite BIC Cloud, the German software manufacturer provides extensive modules that enable the modeling, execution and monitoring of business processes.
Having already been included in the previous guide with its software BIC Platform, GBTEC consolidated the software with its new suite BIC Cloud including the Governance, Risk and Compliance module BIC Cloud GRC. BIC Cloud, successor to BIC Platform, is a cloud-native application with state-of-the-art technology implementation. The newest module, BIC Cloud GRC, has been developed for automated processes that follow consistent rule management.
It provides standardized evaluations and cyclical documentation of risks and controls in the company.
According to Gartner, the Strategy to Execution use case could also be named ?BPA for the digital business.? It is experiencing growing attention, because of the theme of digital business and, more recently, digital transformation. It provides features and functionality around business operating models that represent the way of doing business, helps translate the strategy into execution, and supports change initiatives and transformation.? Gartner defines BPA tools as follows: ?Business process analysis (BPA) tools are key enablers of business process improvement initiatives and the discipline of BPM. This use case has outgrown simple business process modeling by drawing the processes as a way of communication. Mature use of EBPA tools for BPA enables business process architects to document, analyze and streamline complex processes at a conceptual and logical level. This occurs regardless of planned automation and enables business areas to become more agile and effective when used with the appropriate methods or approaches.?
