Avenir and Ethex will now be providing social enterprises and mission driven companies with a comprehensive suite of high quality registry services.
Avenir and Ethex have joined forces to combine their extensive experience to provide issuers with seamless, robust and high-quality registry services. The partnership works as a natural extension of the organisation - reducing the administrative burden of keeping investor records up to date, whilst also ensuring that investors are receiving regular and responsive communications. Developed to meet the highest industry standards of data security and adhering to the latest GDPR regulations, the service also includes the ability to automatically generate relevant tax, share and bond certificates.
