GBTEC and BDO IT Enter Strategic Cooperation in Process Management as well as Governance, Risk&Compliance
GBTEC AG and the BDO IT GmbH form a strategic cooperation to jointly boost the sectors Business Process Management (BPM) and Governance, Risk&Compliance
(PresseBox) - Andreas Stemick, chairman of the board of BDO IT GmbH, and Gregor Greinke, chairman of GBTEC Software + Consulting AG, have signed the according agreement regarding a strategic cooperation. It combines the strengths of both companies and enables an optimal coverage of software development and all-encompassing services. Customers will soon profit from the joint portfolio of both companies in the areas of Business Process Management (BPM) and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
As manufacturer of the BPM suite BIC Cloud, GBTEC will contribute with its long-year expertise in process and risk management. An essential part of the cooperation is the new solution BIC Cloud GRC by GBTEC. This powerful workflow engine automates GRC processes, it is available to users as a public cloud, private cloud or on-premises. Supporting the usability of the solution, BDO IT offers consulting, planning, conception and support for the technological as well as organizational implementation. The company is leading specialist for digital transformation and complex IT-projects.
