YASKAWA at the centre of the global Hotspot for Industry 4.0
(PresseBox) - The HANNOVER MESSE provides a platform for six leading trade fairs, making it the world?s largest industrial trade fair along the entire value chain. The new leading trade fair, Integrated Automation, Motion & Drives, represents the entire spectrum of industrial automation, IT, drive and fluid engineering. Synergies amongst the industries result at this hotspot for Industry 4.0 ? as well as between production and intralogistics.
YASKAWA ? a globally leading manufacturer of servo drives, frequency inverters and MOTOMAN industrial robots ? presented their innovations. Its Industry 4.0 concept encompasses ?Best in Class? products like robots, drive and control technology as well as specially developed software solutions, which can be deployed in an integrated, intelligent and innovative manner.
YASKAWA kicked off its European "i" at the trade fair and presented its completely redeveloped software platform, YASKAWA Cockpit as a special attraction. The machine and production data of multiple exhibits were analysed here using a smart factory to present potential increases in efficiency. The virtual welding portal system further drew crowds, which were made accessible and tangible by means of 3-D glasses.
Once-again, YASKAWA commissioned its long-standing business partner KECK for the concept and realisation of the fair presentation. Collaboration on the ?Automatica? trade fair is already in full swing. At this trade fair, the focus is on perfectly staging intelligent innovations in the robotics industry.
