(PresseBox) - SLM Solutions Group AG, a leading supplier of metal-based additive manufacturing technology (often referred to as "3D printing"), is taking part as a leading partner in the Austrian 3D Printing Forum, the annual forum for additive manufacturing in Austria. The experts from L&H CNC Technik GmbH will be represented both as exhibitors and as program planners in Vienna at the Congress Center of the Vienna Trade Fair on May 15.
The annual forum for additive manufacturing is going into its 5th round in Vienna on May 15. There is hardly any other comparable technology that shows the changes in production due to the digitalization. The Austrian 3D Printing Forum provides new insights into how the way to digital production looks and provides wide potential for use of additive manufacturing technologies with four keynote addresses and 15 oral presentations. In addition to new developments, the focus in Vienna will be on practical applications and the way to series production.
In the talks and panels discussions, strategies, concepts and solutions will be discussed dealing with additive manufacturing in industrial applications. SLM Solutions and its partners are taking part in the event as presenters and active discussion participants. Michael Hofer, MostTech, and Hans Bogenreiter, M&H CNC Technik, will present a closer look at the industrial application of additive SLMve manufacturing technology from data preparation to integration of post-processes and which can further advance the path into digital production.
