Built by CADENAS, the configurator makes doing business with Sparks easier than ever by enabling customers to find, configure and download a digital 3D CAD model that fits their needs.
Sparks Belting is a fabricator, manufacturer and distributor of conveyor belting, motorized pulleys and other conveyor solutions. The company strives to provide the best solutions to conveyor needs by collaborating with customers to customize their products to match their customers? applications. The new online configurator simplifies that process by offering configurable 3D CAD models of their products.
?What we had provided previously was a static 2D CAD drawing for each of our five different pulleys. There was no configuration or customization represented, which was not enough detail for many of our customer needs,? says Cal TenHarmsel, Technical Sales Manager at Sparks Belting. ?We were getting more and more requests all the time for configurable 3D models from both returning customers and new customers.?
With the 3D CAD catalog, Sparks Belting can now not only provide 3D CAD downloads to their customers but also offer technological solutions, which makes it easier for customers to do their job and to work with Sparks Belting.
