Freddie Mac Announces the Issuance of a New Three-Year Reference Notes Security
(firmenpresse) - MCLEAN, VA -- (Marketwired) -- 11/13/17 -- Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC) announced today that it plans to issue a new three-year USD Reference Notes® security, CUSIP number 3137EAEK1, due on Nov. 17, 2020. The issue will be priced on Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2017, and will settle on Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2017, at benchmark size.
The new three-year Reference Notes security will be offered via a syndicate of dealers headed by Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Nomura Securities International, Inc.
