Small Separator, Immense Potential
(PresseBox) - l present its brand-new AC1200 separator. With the AC1200, Flottweg is starting a new product line of high-performance separators for small and midsized companies. This separator is characterized by its excellent clarification performance, outstanding product yield, and a compact, user-friendly design. Its core applications are in the juice, beer, and olive oil industries. The system is specifically configured and adapted for each of these applications.
Beer, fruit juice, wine, and olive oil. As different as all these products are, the processes for their manufacture also differ. Thanks to over 60 years of experience in the area of solid/liquid separation, however, Flottweg can meet any challenge. To be able to offer an intelligent centrifuge concept for small to midsized companies as well, Flottweg will present its new separator model, the AC1200, at this year''s Drinktec. The skid solution makes the AC1200 extremely flexible, with very little space required. The separator is also equipped with the patented Flottweg Soft Shot® discharge system for product-friendly, quiet discharge.
Flottweg is also starting a new era in terms of product design. The design of the AC1200 communicates the Flottweg core competences of robustness, quality, and maintenance friendliness. The goal of the product designer is to direct the focus more specifically onto the point of know-how, the separator bowl.
