Mortgage Rates Jump
(firmenpresse) - MCLEAN, VA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/06/17 -- (OTCQB: FMCC) today released the results of its (PMMS®), showing the 30-year fixed-rate mortgage making its biggest jump since March 2017.
(FRM) averaged 3.96 percent with an average 0.6 point for the week ending July 6, 2017, up from last week when it averaged 3.88 percent. A year ago at this time, the 30-year FRM averaged 3.41 percent.
this week averaged 3.22 percent with an average 0.5 point, up from last week when it averaged 3.17 percent. A year ago at this time, the 15-year FRM averaged 2.74 percent.
(ARM) averaged 3.21 percent this week with an average 0.5 point, up from last week when it averaged 3.17 percent. A year ago at this time, the 5-year ARM averaged 2.68 percent.
