FNB Bancorp Declares Third Quarter 2017 Cash Dividend
(firmenpresse) - SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/15/17 -- FNB Bancorp (NASDAQ: FNBG), the parent company for First National Bank of Northern California, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of twelve cents per share ($0.12/share) on the Company''s Common Stock totaling approximately $881,535. The dividend is payable on August 15, 2017 to shareholders of record as of July 31, 2017.
