FNB Bancorp Declares Second Quarter Dividend 2016
(firmenpresse) - SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/19/16 -- FNB Bancorp (OTCQB: FNBG), the parent company for First National Bank of Northern California, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of sixteen cents per share ($0.16/share) on the Company''s Common Stock totaling approximately $739,329.28. The dividend is payable on February 17, 2017 to shareholders of record as of January 31, 2017.
