Innovative LUMIMAX® lighting technologies at the trade fair VISION 2016
At VISION 2016, iiM AG will present several new products and innovative application solutions under its LUMIMAX® brand
(PresseBox) - New mini lights have especially been developed for compact designed machines and systems with small construction areas. Due to the use of high-power LEDs, combined with an integrated controller, the mini lights are extremely bright. The series currently includes the types ?ring? and ?bar? lights, which are available as well as a flash version in combination with an external miniature flash controller.
There is also a new compact version of the proven high-power ring flood light LR70, the LR50. It features 16 high-performance LEDs and is therefore ideal for a working distance of up to 2m. The LR50 is available as permanent/switch lighting or as flash version in a resistant aluminium housing with protection class IP67. In both versions, the complete controller technology is integrated into the housing.
In addition to these new products, the LUMIMAX® team will be presenting innovative solutions for specific machine vision applications. In the field of UV fluorescence applications, a sophisticated system consisting of the high-performance LUMIMAX® UV-LED lighting and perfectly coordinated lens and lighting filters will be presented. This system enables a reliable implementation of a wide range of fluorescence applications. Furthermore, innovative verification adapters to attach dome and coaxial lighting as well as the quadrilateral assembly solution for the new miniature bar lights will be shown. This fulfills lighting requirements for a reproducible and standard-compliant reading and verification of 2D codes.
